Preparation Week: Fourth Day

Today… nothing. I sadly have to work the whole day, so I’ll not be able to work out. I wouldn’t be able to anyway, because the leg workout yesterday really took a toll on my core muscles, lower back and abs are very sore. Which is a good thing. I need a stronger core. I’m on my way there!
The stuff that was supposed to be done today I’ll do tomorrow, even if that means workout out way longer. No excuses!
