  • Situps:
    bodyweight, 20 reps, 2 sets
  • Sidecrunch:
    bodyweight, 20 reps, 1 set left
    bodyweight, 20 reps, 1 set right
  • AB Rotator machine L+R:
    25kg, 30 reps, 1 set
    50kg, 25 reps, 1 setAfter this one I tried the hanging legraise, but failed miserably 😀 Shit happens.
  • Lateral Raise, DB, standing:
    4,5kg, 20 reps, 1 set
    10kg, 15 reps, 3 setsJust felt like doing something for the shoulders, was fun.
  • Lying legraise:
    bodyweight, 20 reps, 2 sets
  • Plank:
    Frontplank, 30 sec
