Day 7: Back Tuesday (Week 2)

Didn’t get a lot done today, but at least I organized my finances a bit. I feel exhausted, since the weekend wasn’t really relaxing, wayyyy too much party, way too long. Didn’t really feel it on monday, but today it really hit me.

Back Day

  • Warmup:
    10min Cardio, Stepper
  • Low cable rows:
    20kg, 30 reps, 1 set
    30kg, 15 reps, 1 set
    45kg, 12 reps, 1 set
    50kg, 12 reps, 3 sets

    Didn’t feel as good as last time, but still worked pretty good. Felt a good pump in the lat.

  • AB Side crunches:
    15 reps for left and right (just a warmup for the heavy lifts)
  • Sumo Deadlift:
    30kg, 20 reps, 1 set
    50kg, 10 reps, 1 set
    60kg, 8 reps, 2 sets

    I tried my best to have near perfect form, but somehow still my lower back hurt afterward. I just don’t get it. Everything was done right today. Oh well. I’ll keep trying.

  • Shrugs, Barbell:
    30kg, 30 reps, 1 set
    40kg, 20 reps, 1 set
    50kg, 20 reps, 1 set
    60kg, 20 reps, 1 set
  • Pullups, assisted with rubberband (green):
    15 reps (pronated), 8 reps (supinated)
  • Biceps, sitting iso:
    10kg, 12 reps, 1 set
    17,5kg, 10 reps, 2 sets
    22kg, 3 reps, 2 sets
  • Cooldown:
    5min stepper
