Day 12: Setting new records! (Week 3)

Ever had that nagging feeling that you didn’t use your full potential in a workout? That you didn’t go all out? I usually have this, no matter how hard the workout was. Not this time. Today was one of the hardest and most satisfying workouts I ever had. I dared myself to raise the weight by a LOT doing deadlifts, and it actually worked. People were giving me strange looks, but it was worth it. My bodyweight is at 88kg currently, and I lifted 80kg. For me that is a huge deal. I hope I’ll be able to crush 90kg soon, since it has been a big goal of mine to lift more than my own bodyweight, despite my handicap.
